Every project starts with a detailed brief: the designer studies how you live, your habits and preferences, and designs a space for you alone, from the engineering services to the furniture and decor.

The project includes the visual and conceptual solution, the planning and zoning of the space, the selection of furniture, lighting and decor, detailed drawings and specifications for electrics, plumbing and ventilation, and a photorealistic 3D plan. Deciding everything before the works start is simpler, faster and cheaper than changing a finished interior. Design takes up to two months.

A complete architectural project covers site data and ground analysis, the concept design, working drawings for construction, the facade design, zoning of the grounds, a full list of materials and equipment with a cost estimate, 3D visualisation of the facade and grounds, and energy-efficiency calculations.

Construction can be ordered from the studio partner company, and under the turnkey service the author of the project supervises the works, so the result matches the design.

The work of the designer and architect does not end when the documents are handed over. Technical supervision checks that construction and installation follow the building codes, the safety standards and the estimate, and accepts the engineering work that will later be hidden from view.

Author supervision keeps the build true to the design: consulting the client and the contractor, adjusting decisions to conditions on site, accepting work only where the concept is preserved, keeping a supervision log and informing the client. Remote supervision for other cities and countries is possible; the terms are agreed individually.
